LOKI ON TOUR!

Hello Cleveland!

Hello everyone!

It’s been a tough year for me personally - death, family illness - but I’m throwing myself deep into the Lokiverse as a distraction. Currently busy writing book 5 which may be Loki’s most chaotic adventure yet. It features a character who’s only appeared fleetingly so far and I can’t wait for you to meet her.

I’m also thinking a lot about book four because when this messy first draft is in the bag, I will be going ON TOUR to talk about it.

No drummers will be harmed on my tour, I promise.

EDINBURGH

First up, I’m in Edinburgh with the fabulously talented Ramzee for The Big Draw Off - we will do battle, armed only with pens and our wits. And we’re all outta wits.

We did a version of this event in London recently and it was so much fun. This time Pamela Buchart will be our host-slash-referee. Bring your most ludicrous suggestions of things to draw - this is VERY much an audience participation gig. We might even get a child or two up to the front to draw too.

I’m excited to be doing my very first Superfan event. What is a superfan event you ask? It’s where readers who’ve been following Loki’s antics for a while can be among like-minded lovers of chaos and win prizes. There will, of course, be chaos, doodling and perhaps a little acting for those brave enough to volunteer.

Saturday October 5th, 3pm at the Assembly Rooms, Bath

In October, I’ll be at the Bath literary festival. It’s always a great atmosphere and Loki would look FABULOUS in a Jane Austen heroine costume (I imagine, I haven’t drawn him doing that yet…but there’s an idea. Loki meets Bridgerton?)
